About these terms
These terms are between you and Mauchi Limited (company number 14035727), trading as gagagoose. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Who can use gagagoose
You must be 18 or older and using the service to support a child in your care. Children must not use the service directly or create accounts.
What the service is
gagagoose provides parent coaching suggestions for primary school homework. It is guidance only, not professional tuition, formal educational assessment, or professional advice. Suggestions are generated using AI and may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. Use your judgement, and check with your child's school if you are unsure about a specific teaching method.
gagagoose does not diagnose learning difficulties, developmental conditions, or mental health concerns. If you have concerns about a child, speak to their school or a qualified professional.
Plans, pricing, and usage
We offer a free access tier and paid subscription plans (such as the Full plan). Current pricing, usage limits (such as daily question allowances), and features are set out clearly on our Pricing page.
All prices listed on the site are in GBP (£). Prices are total payable amounts. Mauchi Limited is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged or itemised on your bill. We reserve the right to change our prices or daily limits with notice; any subscription price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Fair use
To keep the service running smoothly for everyone, we apply daily usage limits according to your tier. Please do not attempt to misuse, automatically scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the service, or upload material that is not primary school homework.
Cancellation and statutory 14-day refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your subscription purchase within 14 days of subscribing for a full refund.
How to cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time with one tap in your Account page or by emailing us at support@gagagoose.co.uk.
Refunds: If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal, contact us at support@gagagoose.co.uk to request a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
Standard cancellations: If you cancel after 14 days, your subscription will not renew, and you will retain access to your Full plan features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Your content
You retain full ownership of the homework photos and text descriptions you upload. You grant us permission to process this content strictly as necessary to provide and display the service to you, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any statutory consumer rights that cannot be limited under English law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mauchi Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total cumulative liability to you is limited to the total amount paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
